Report Based on C-ICAP Vehicle Assessment Released (EN)

The Chinese Intelligent Connected Vehicle(ICV) industry has entered a period of rapid development, and the assembly rate of ADAS is constantly increasing. With the upgrading of consumption, Chinese consumers have put forward higher expectations for ICV. As a professional third-party assessment institution, Automotive Test & Assessment Management Center (CATC) of China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co. Ltd.(CATARC) regards the development of ICV assessment as an important strategic direction, and released China Intelligent-connected Car Assessment Programme (C-ICAP) last year.

In order to achieve the smooth implementation of the ADAS unit and verify the performance of ADAS in this protocol, CATC has selected a number of vehicles in China for research and released research reports, aiming to improve industry understanding of C-ICAP, provide technical and quality improvement directions for the industry and enterprises, and lead the progress of the automotive industry, support the construction of automobile power.

Test period: March 2023 to June 2023.

Test location: Beijing, Tianjin, Jinan.
